Job Descriptions:

Account Management

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize TikTok campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, Live stream and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with a/iliates to create and manage a/iliate marketing programs.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep our strategies current and e/ective.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback to improve the overall shopping experience.

Livestream Operation

  • Host and manage Tik Tok livestream sessions and produce contents for the platform.
  • Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services during LIVE Streaming in order to persuade customers to purchase products.
  • Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers' needs during livestream.
  • Develop and produce interesting and engaging content for Tik Tok videos & live stream with the audience.
  • Increase exposure of company's profile and number of followers.
  • Sending in report & managing some backend duties as and when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates that is passionate in conducting livestreams or video recording is encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate fluently and not camera shy.
  • Tik Tok savvy, having a decent number of followers in Tik Tok account will be an added advantage.
  • Bubbly, creative and confident personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically with TikTok and affiliate marketing.
  • Understanding of FMCG products and the e-commerce in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
