Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality contact verification and update system accurately upon telephone interview with applicant.
  • Deliver high-quality assessment skill to detect fraud document and information given.
  • Deliver high quality account approved with low delinquent rate.
  • To equip with credit policies, standards and guideline for credit judgment.
  • To comply with companyâs guidelines and procedures for all product credit schemes.
  • To ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability of all AEONâs information assets are protected.
  • To work closely the team members to complete tasks within stipulated time.
  • To perform and meet assigned Key Performance Index.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this job.
  • Minimum 1 year in Credit Assessment and/or credit evaluation experiences is advantage.
  • Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong in analytical/leadership skill and good interpersonal.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
