Job Overview

To manage cross functional teams on the handling of consignment stock. Provide support to both our internal and external customers on the end to end process and to provide continuous feedback/updates on the process

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross functional team which includes Customer Operations, Finance & Commercial & Consignment Controllers on consignment process.
  • Monitor stock reports for both IRIS & IHS regarding consignment stock.
  • Full account-ability for leading consignment inventory management.
  • Train relevant associates on the consignment management process
  • Ensure that inventory is only consigned to accounts with appropriate signed contracts.
  • Enforce consignment audit frequency together with commercial.
  • Reconcile consignment audit outcomes together with commercial team.
  • Monitor month on hand stock and return on consignment sales per account
  • Manage reporting of key consignment KPIs as well as required action or remediation plans and provide monthly updates to business .
  • Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure that missing lenses are billed accordingly
  • Work closely with Customer Operations on instructions for scrapping & transfer of consignment stock
  • Constant support to field force on a daily basis.
  • Be able to conduct a consignment audit on their own and provide results.
  • Monitoring Returns Management to ensure that consignment stock returned to 3PL is fully completed
  • Assist with SN issues when a billing cannot be completed.
  • Be involved with an ad-hoc projects that involves con-signments.
  • Review high risk consignment accounts for closing and provide list to Country Franchise Head for decision in writing.
