- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and on boarding.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently across the organization.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development strategies.
- Identify training and development needs, and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including employment laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
- Provide HR consulting services to internal departments and external clients, offering expertise on HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that support the companyĆ¢s business objectives.
- Assist in organizational restructuring, change management, and other strategic HR projects.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Use HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes and programs.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee information.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience in HR consulting or working in a consulting firm / Manufacturing
- Knowledge of HR trends and innovations, including HR technology and data analytics.
