Business Development Specialist (USJ, Klang, Seri Kembangan, Selayang, Cheras)

Key Accountabilities

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust business relationships with both current and potential clients.
  
• Documentation Management: Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  
• Marketing and Promotion Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional projects to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  
• Event Coordination: Organize and support on-the-ground roadshow arrangements to maximize outreach and engagement.
  
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with partners, channel sales and marketing staff, and other managers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, thereby maximizing revenue.
  
• New Business Development: Identify and engage potential new customers, present our value proposition, convert prospects into clients, and foster long-term business growth.
  
• Additional Support: Provide support to the team with additional responsibilities and tasks as required to ensure overall success.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve higher sales commissions.
• Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Tamil, or other languages and a local dialect will be an added advantage.
• Must have own transport.
• Positions available in multiple locations: One City USJ, Klang Sentral, Sri Kembangan, Selayang and Batu 9 Cheras.
• Contract position, ideal for those seeking flexible, project-based work arrangements.
