Job Overview

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director with a primary focus on business operation and business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, do market research, generating reports, and facilitating follow-up tasks to ensure the successful execution of the management initiatives for business growth.

Job Description

  • Support Director directly including daily administration, setting up meetings and travel arrangements if any.
  • Have knowledge about Facebook, Instagram, XHS , can do simple content posting on behalf of Director.
  • Work closely with all departments and coordinate business activities to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, consolidate information and other documents required for meeting or for any other specify projects.
  • Provide support to meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes.
  • Follow Director to attend any meetings or events, take notes and minutes during meeting.
  • Managing special assignments or performing any relevant additional task by the Director or the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Administration, Management, Account, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office applications
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to speak and write in fluent English & Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently, resourceful and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate
  • Have own transport
