Sales Admin
- Coordinate with solicitor for SPA relevant matters and maintain records accordingly.
- Follow up with lawyer, purchaser, sales team and financier till the execution of SPA closely.
- Manage the process of loan documents, including liaising with solicitors, end-financiers and purchasers on Sales & Purchase Agreement.
- To check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, and other relevant documents related to the sales.
- Ensure timely generation of progress billings upon receipt of Architect Certificate.
- Monitor and ensure progressive payment are collected within the stipulated time frame
- Prepare and compile billing and collection reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & updates into System.
- To draft letters and replies for incoming correspondences from the purchaser and lawyer etc.
- Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Ensure & check all sales documents submitted by sales team are in order.
- All records are updated into system.
Finance
- Prepare invoices and send out to purchaser
- Prepare payment voucher/journal voucher/cash voucher
- Key in all the voucher into accounting system
- Calculate monthly overdraft interest and entry to system
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and take corrective action on deviations
- Prepare financial report – Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account and review the accuracy of the accounts. Any discrepancy to do the adjustment accordingly
- Liaise with Auditors, Company Secretary And Tax Agent for yearly submission of audit report, statutory requirement and Company Tax
- Gather information on auditor queries and do audit adjustment as advice by Auditor
- Search information and update knowledge to comply with Financial Standard (FRS) 201 in Property Development Actives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess at least SPM /STPM or Diploma/Degree holder in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration / Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-5 years working experience in handling sales admin & Finance in Property Development Industry.
- Required skill(s) MS Office and IFCA
- Able to converse in writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Good in documentation and filing.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
