Key Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • To control office supplies and inventory
  • To monitor the government related such as MBSP, JTK, JKKP, ESWIS document
  • To arrange and bookkeeper the company vehicle service & maintenance
  • To arrange cleaner job and schedule and perform checking
  • Perform attendance checking and monthly report to HR Department
  • To bring operator for medical checkup
  • To arrange courier services order

Fact about your jobs :-

  • You are going to do the digital documentation and must know-how to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, excel, powerpoint, Outlook)
  • We use the Ingress system for tracking and record the daily attendance
  • We are using curved 27inch monitor with high specification cpu that smooth your computer operating
  • We provide the company car for outside work

Requirement :-

  • Able to communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Has a car driving license
  • Able to use computer and Microsoft Office
