Job Summary

As part of the IT Support Team, provide support to the business to meet its needs by working within SLA Timeframes for Incidents and Requests and proactively working to mitigate and/or resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing, diagnosing, and resolving level 1 and 2 Requests and Incidents within SLA timeframes.
  • Create System documentation and support Documentation where needed.
  • Support disaster recovery/business continuity operations in live and test scenarios.
  • Participates in evaluating and recommending solutions relating to hardware and software implementations and/or network updates.
  • Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
  • Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels.
  • Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description and all other duties as required by the business.
  • Comply with all employment obligations.
  • Promptly undertake to complete all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any related fields
  • Knowledge of various computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications. Thrives on building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication skills (Will be working with an International User base and support team - Australia & New Zealand)
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff and 3rd party vendors
  • Ability to analyse and resolve computer and network problems
  • Experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Support
  • Experience in Windows
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in Linux Operating Systems (Desired)
  • Experience with AWS Cloud technologies (Desired)
