  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You'll Do:

Quality Assurance & Food Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production processes to ensure adherence to quality and hygiene protocols.
  • Monitor and verify critical control points (CCPs) to mitigate food safety risks.

    • Product Quality Control:

  • Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to meet company standards.
  • Investigate and resolve product quality issues, including handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.

    • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports on food safety and quality compliance for internal review and external audits.

    • Supplier Management:

  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and ingredients.
  • Conduct supplier audits and quality checks to meet the company’s standards.

    • Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay updated on local food safety regulations.
  • Ensure all products meet the legal requirements for food safety and quality.

    • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Train and educate staff on food safety practices and quality control standards.

    • What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Experience working with non-halal food products is a plus.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Good command of English for reporting and documentation.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with non-halal food product compliance and safety requirements.
  • Experience with quality control processes and audits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
