Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies, including planning, content creation, frame design, proposal, feature formulation, monitoring and closing.
- Research and understand the market needs and expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, between designers and development teams, to drive project success.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation approaches and address issues promptly.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met according to the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor to ensure objectives are achieved and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform quality control throughout all project phases.
- Gather feedbacks from team members, guide and motivate them.
- Provide regular updates and manage communications to keep stakeholders informed on project status.
- Ability to interpret data and promote continuous improvement practices. Identify lessons learned and areas for process optimization & improvement in future projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Project Management or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development project management. Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects from inception to delivery.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools and technologies. Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis, Website or Apps Development. Proficient in Axure, Jira or related project management tools.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve project goals.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to Work Independently & Self-Driven
Proficient in Mandarin, to deal with mandarin speaking stakeholder & clients.
工作內容
- 負責產品策畫方向，包括內容發想、架構設計、提案、功能規格制定。
- 認識產品市場、將市場需求轉化成可執行的產品需求與規格文件、QC產品驗收，與 設計跟開發團隊有密切的合作，共同推動新產品上線。
- 對接公司各業務部門，定義、識別、處理並追蹤反饋的問題，完成產品問題的妥善解決，制定處置方案。
- 分析公司專案數據，提出對產品、系統流程、策略等優化的建議，並跨部門協作，推進部門系統改進。
- 聆聽、收集團隊的反饋，持續提升團隊合作默契，並與利害關係人溝通產品目標方向與進度。
- 配合直屬上級安排的其他任務。
工作条件：
- 毕业于Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Project Management或相关科系
- 四年以上工作经验于数据分析、网站规划、软件开发
- 熟悉Web/App开发流程
- 熟悉Axure, Jira 等专案管理工具
- 良好的沟通能力，能够带领团队前进
- 具有独立执行业务能力，且自学能力佳
- 能够中文沟通，与中文沟通的同事和客户打交道。
