Job responsibilities:

1. Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner through official channels and provide solutions to issues encountered during use.

2. Problem Resolution and Feedback: Record and address technical issues, feature feedback, complaints, etc., encountered by users, and coordinate with the technical or product team for resolution.

3. User Satisfaction Maintenance: Ensure the quality of customer service, improve user satisfaction, handle user complaints, and provide friendly, patient, and efficient service.

4. Account Management and Security Assurance: Assist users in resolving account-related issues, such as login failures or account theft, and ensure user privacy and data security.

5. Usage Guidance and Training: Provide users with guidance on how to use the features of the social software, helping them better utilize the product.

6. Data Recording and Reporting: Organize user feedback and problem reports, track common issues, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to management.

7. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with internal departments to ensure user issues are resolved timely and accurately, maintaining the company's image.

8.Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Required to liaise with Mandarin customer.

Job requirements:

- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree is acceptable.
- Great team player and able to complete task independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to multi-tasking, good communication skills, great problem solver and most importantly responsible.
- Graduates also welcome.
