  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Field Works

  • Assists and Conducts site inspection Works as directed by the RA / ARA;
  • Monitors and Records on daily basis the C&S works progress;
  • Initials / checks that the progress reported by the main contractor is accurate;
  • Checks and reports on the progress of rectification works/ items in the defects list issued by the architect;
  • Assists with the dry-lay/ inspection of marble, if applicable;
  • Assists with the inspection of pre-cast elements at the casting yard, if applicable;
  • Monitors and Reports on the Contractor’s enforcement of safety practices;
  • Inspects the various tests to be carried out on site (e.g. window spray tests/ ponding tests etc);
  • Checks on ID finishes installation works and liaise with design team in terms of detailing and site adjustment matters.

    • Project Administration

  • Assists the RA / ARA to ensure all site diaries and inspection records are kept and consolidate & file weekly;
  • Attends daily toolbox meetings, and Contractor’s technical and progress meetings when required by the RA / ARA;
  • Undertakes other duties as delegated by DPA Project Director / RA / ARA.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess at least Diploma in Architecture/Building Construction or related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Construction/ Architecture. Experience in high rise residential development will be an added advantage;
  • Possess a good analytical and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software – Excel, Words and Powerpoint;
  • Experience in Qlassic/Conquas on Quality will be added an advantage;
  • Experience in Shassic/equivalent on Environmental, Safety and Health will be an added advantage.
  • Registered IOW with LAM is preferred.
