Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand the online business through various marketplaces.
  • Drive growth in online sales and enhance business performance.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning and develop marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and conversions.
  • Handle product uploads, price adjustments, and manage the overall visual presentation of the online shop.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, coordinating with supply chain, customer service, finance, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in campaign management and/or e-commerce merchandising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in working with online marketplaces is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the latest e-commerce technologies.
  • Ideally, a ‘digital native’ with knowledge of marketing and traffic analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confident in client-facing presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen analytical approach, unafraid of taking risks and facing challenges.
  • A collaborative team player who can effectively align their area of expertise with other departments across the company.
