  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a CFD Product Specialist, you will be integral to the development, launch, and management of our CFD products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Launch

  • Conduct compliance research and evaluate liquidity providers to ensure cost-effective product integration and adherence to legal standards.
  • Assess system compatibility for new products, perform market research to validate demand, and analyze financial viability through revenue and ROI projections.
  • Confirm pricing and terms with liquidity providers while analyzing trading metrics for optimal launch conditions.
  • Oversee system setup and testing, ensuring all parameters are configured correctly for launch, and collaborate with Operations, CRM, and Marketing teams to develop launch strategies and conduct training sessions for comprehensive product understanding.

Ongoing Monitoring and Product Maintenance

  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators, such as trading volumes and client engagement, while regularly reviewing product data for necessary adjustments.
  • Manage corporate actions, rollovers, and dividends, ensuring that trading tools and infrastructure remain functional.
  • Analyze client feedback to enhance product offerings and retention strategies, optimizing the product based on insights gathered.

Business Strategy Innovation

  • Propose new account types and asset launches to meet market demands.
  • Collaborate with third-party institutions for innovative trading solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows systems, META Products, with Python and MySQL administration will be added advantages.
  • Has high level of interest to explore Fintech industry.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
  • Eager to learn new hands-on knowledge in CFD/Forex industry.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a relevant field.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with global colleagues.
