Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication and relationships with payment providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of payment-related initiatives.
  • Oversee the deployment of new and existing payment solutions and associated features, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development and ensure a user-centric approach.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Assess payment flows and analyze results to gain valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor conversion rates, trends, and variations in payment flows, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Discover opportunities to improve and optimize payment processes, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Configure payment rules, flows, and settings to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Document business requirements and technical specifications for payment-related projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the payment industry.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among engineering, marketing, and sales departments.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and success.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Support and train internal teams and customers on new payment solutions to ensure successful adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the payments industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Payment domain knowledge in areas such as wallets, cards, settlements, digital banking, cross-border payments, or user product experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a Product Manager in fintech would be an advantage
  • Broad knowledge of the full Product Development Life Cycle, with experience in various stages, including UI/UX design, test case review, production support, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API is a plus
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • A technical background is preferred, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
