  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess knowledge and experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering. This role involves providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our customers.

Salary Range :

RM3000-RM4000

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.

•⁠ ⁠Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.

•⁠ ⁠Provide technical support and training to customers.

•⁠ ⁠Document service activities and maintain accurate records.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with engineering team to improve product performance.

•⁠ ⁠Travel to customer sites as required.

•⁠ ⁠General office/store work when required.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel frequently.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
