  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To ensure the Quality Management System, Occupational Safety and Health Management
    System, Environmental Management System, GMP, Halal Management System and other
    requirement at production meet and comply with the requirement.
  • Assist in establish EAI, HIRARC, FMEA, Risk Management and Emergency Response Plan.
  • Assist in developing Quality, Environment and Safe Systems of Work/Procedures.
  • Complying with all applicable environment, safety and health standards, rules, regulations and
    orders issued by management pertaining to the activities immediately under their jurisdiction.
  • As a part Auditor/Auditee of Internal and External Audit for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001,
    ISO 14001, HALAL, etc.
  • Responsible to review production compounding request and conduct planning for overall
    compounding activities.
  • Coordinate with production to plan daily coagulant and latex compound.
  • Verify testing results for compounding materials and production on-line chemicals intermediate
    or finish products are correct and within the specification.
  • Review stock level of latex and compounding chemical and trigger the order.
  • Prepare incoming raw latex, monthly stock take & LGM report.
  • Update and monitor incoming raw latex to ensure meeting requirement and optimize
    formulation accordingly.
  • Prepare forms and update batch compound in KPCS system.
  • Ensure compounding area housekeeping and maintenance facilities well maintained.

REQUIREMENTS:-

A. Qualification
- Minimum Diploma or other equivalent.


B. Experience
- 1 years related working experiences in manufacturing or fresh graduate


C. Other Personal Capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Analytical mind.
- Computer literature.
- Good discipline and attitude.
- Abide all company rules and regulation.
