Accounting:

• Responsible to handle full spectrum of accounting functions and activities for reporting to the top management encompassing but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and assess any changes necessary.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure financial health and stability.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and financial risk management.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

• To ensure all procedures on payment are adhered to Company.

• Review intercompany balances, reconciliation and ensure intercompany credit/debit notes are in compliance

• Ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.

Team Management:

• Supervise and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives and initiatives

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to top management.

• Communicate, coordinate & analyse financial results on business performance and strategy to top management and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives.

• Assist and support the management in compiling audit, taxation schedule, analysis report and forecast.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., MIA, CFA) is preferred.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SQL, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
