HR and Administration Manager

Develop and implement HR strategies and administrative supports that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Pay range RM 8000~15000

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage recruitment and selection processes as well as employee benefits and compensation programs; conduct performance management and appraisal processes.

2. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

4. Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction

5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.

7. Monitor administraiton and general affairs supports and plans

Skills & Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources, labor relations, business or related area

2. At least 5 years experience in HR at mideum enterprise (manufacturing environment prferred).

3. Proven Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.

5.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset

6. Proactive, logic, and Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

HR Executive

Pay range RM 3500~6000

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage recruitment and selection processes.

2. Execute the campus recruiting strategy

3. Coordinate training and development programs.

4. Conducting performance evaluations

5. Manage employee relations

6. Conduct an exit interview

7. Foreign workers management

8. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Develop recruitment and selection processes.

2. Conduct recruitment and selection activities

3. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc

4. Provide HR support and guidance to managers

Key Responsibilities

1. Factory layout planning

2. Manage, direct and monitor facilities status for the organziation to increase efficiency and maximise performance and profit

3. Direct the development of plans for facilities to include management to achieve targets

4. Develop and excute fire safety plan

Skills & Qualifications

1. Abilty to develop plans for facilities progress

2. Ablity in factory layout planning

3. Ability in facilities management

4. Advanced plumbing/mechanical/HVAC system or electric control system skills

5. A bachelor's degree or diploma with over 5 years of experiences in manufacturing industry.

Admin assistant

Pay range RM 4500~8000

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations

2. Execute fixed asset management and maintenance programs

3. Managing company vehicles and parking space , including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring proper documentation.

4. Accommodation for expatriate and foreign worker matter and coordination

5. Business travel arrangement

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. Proven experience in property, asset, office, equipment, and leasing management.
