Duties & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all tenancy related matters pertaining to property leasing including generating new leasing leads and securing tenants, reviewing and negotiating of tenancy, coordinate tenancy documents and agreements and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and payments.

· Reviewing financial statements and other documents to verify accuracy of information.

· Providing information to clients about the leasing process, including showing available units and answering questions about rental rates and terms.

· Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, welcoming them to the facility and answering their questions about available properties.

· Providing administrative support to property managers and leasing agents by scheduling showings, keeping records of communication with tenants, and updating databases with new listings or lease agreements.

· Coordinating with lawyers, real estate agents, and other third parties to handle legal issues such as evictions or lease disputes.

· To ensure all stamped contracts and/ or agreements are kept safely.

· Maintains up-to-date database of tenants’ contact details.

· To manage, organize and ensure proper filing and e-filing.

· To process and follow up execution of signing letters and agreement from HOD & management.

· Preparing documents such as leases, rent checks, and notices to vacate for landlords.

· Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

· Display the ability to work independently, proactively solve problems based on management guidance, be detailed oriented, summarise information, and present courses of action and resolutions.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or Property Management or any field equivalent.

· Prior experience in clerical work would be an added advantage.

· Proven customer service experience.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

· Having Accounting background would be an added advantage.

· Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate in multi-languages will be an added advantage.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
