Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll processing, ad hoc payouts, employee's claims etc. in timely manner
  • Update employee records, attendance, leaves, and check overtime in the payroll system
  • Update employees’ database, personal information and movements records (e.g. appointments, confirmation, transfers, promotions, cessation of service, etc.) in system
  • Administer employee benefits, medical insurance, and other welfare programs
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team for recruitment initiatives
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and training programs that support the development of our employees
  • Support the performance review process and employee engagement activities
  • Manage employee disciplinary processes in accordance with the company policies and legal requirements
  • Support ISO Audit and external audit annually and other administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 - 7 year of relevant working experience as HR generalist
  • Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems and those with experience in using Worksy system will be an added advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Independent, reliable and meticulous in work approach
  • Ability to manage confidential information and able to work independently
  • Good time management capabilities and high adaptability
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
