Responsibilities:

  • Assist in execution of all policies, marketing activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property division.
  • Assist in preparation, coordination and complementation of marketing, sales and promotional strategies/activities such as exhibition, road show, project/sales preview, project launching, events, promotional campaign etc.
  • Assist in conducting market surveys and compile of all competitors survey report, to keep abreast of current & new market trend/pricing/promotions.
  • Manage the preparation and production of all advertising and promotion materials including product brochures, leaflets, flyers, poster, newsletters, sales kit and sales documentation.
  • Preparing budget and time constraints for assigned project.
  • To monitor A&P budget and expenditures are within the approved budget.
  • To source for suppliers and quotations on all marketing A&P collaterals, event and exhibition venues.
  • To monitor and maintaining the well-being of the company’s Sales Gallery and/or Show Unit on weekly basis.
  • To attend to customers’ enquiries and provide selling support during sales event / roadshow / exhibition / whenever needed.
  • Monitor and keep track the marketing and sales processes and records are properly kept.
  • Monitor and follow up on documentation and timely payments to service providers/vendors, renewal of licenses and other payments.
  • To ensure that all data, documentation and reports are updated and stored in compliance with internal audit and SOP requirements.
  • Assist and prepare authority report submission deadline, NAPIC, 7F and APDL.
  • Prepare monthly report for Sales & Marketing meeting, lead generation and conversion analysis report.
  • Generally, assist the Manager in his/her duties as and when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

  • Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing related work experience is required for this position.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia; Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Possess own transport, wiling to travel occasionally.
