Job Scope:

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage customer projects related to setting up virtual live-streaming studios.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize customer service and deliver a seamless experience.
    • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Software Operation:
    • Operate and maintain the software tools necessary for setting up and running virtual live-streaming environments.
    • Provide technical support to customers during the setup and operation of virtual studios.
    • Train customers on the effective use of virtual live-streaming software to enhance their online presence.
  • Customer Support:
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise.
    • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
    • Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and finding prompt solutions.
  • Service Optimization:
    • Regularly review and improve operational processes to enhance service delivery.
    • Ensure that all services provided meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Document all processes, customer interactions, and project details to ensure transparency and consistency.
    • Prepare reports on project progress, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field. Interns are also welcome to apply. Candidates with a background in IT, Project Management, or Customer Service are preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management, customer service, or software operation. Fresh graduates and interns are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CapCut software and strong video editing skills.
  • Proficiency in using software tools related to virtual live-streaming and customer management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
