What Will You Do?

As the HR Manager, you will serve as the crucial link between employees and management. You will be responsible for ensuring a harmonious balance that supports both employee well-being and business objectives, contributing directly to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and Tax compliance
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy development
  • Act as a liaison between employees and employers to maintain clear and effective communication
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of workers, adhering to safety standards
  • Implement disciplinary action when required and manage resignations or terminations
  • Monitor performance and productivity, providing timely feedback to improve business outcomes
  • Foster smooth communication within and between different teams and departments, resolving potential conflicts
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop long-term strategies for enhancing communication and collaboration
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company culture and goals
  • Drive employee training and development programs, ensuring continuous professional growth
  • Maintain and cultivate a positive company culture, addressing issues and nurturing employee engagement
