  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers depending on the number of headcounts
  • Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
  • Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
  • Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) compliance
  • Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates currently based at Ipoh are encouraged to apply
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in logistics/warehouse operation would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management
  • Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
  • Ability to commit to shift work in a rotational basis
  • Working location: Klebang, Ipoh
