Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, training and development, employee and industrial relations.
  • Develop HR strategies and initiatives. Follow through and enforcement of HR policies & procedures and guidelines. Prepare and analyse data to determine effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Review company HR policies, procedures, and handbook and identify areas of improvement.
  • Work with hiring managers to make timely talent selection decisions.
  • Identify compensation and benefits trends and opportunities; provide information on market trends and ensure wage competitiveness.
  • Drive engagement initiatives and promote engagement via various staff activities.
  • Handle and resolve employee performance or disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements to minimize liability and risks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Full spectrum of HR experiences, up-to-date knowledge of HR practices, policies, and all related employment legislation, analytical and problem solving skills, communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Candidates with experience in Payroll Administration, Training Administration and Compensation & Benefits are encouraged to apply
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership, able to work independently and a team player, high level of integrity, collaborative and resilience, eyes for detail.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage as need to deal with Taiwan counterpart
