Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand business current processes, analyse process, design robotic process effectively to achieve its optimum level of automation, develop solution design document and obtain agreement from all stakeholders
  • Perform robot development, testing (SIT & UAT), deployment and implementation based on agreed solution design document specification, agreed project timeline and meets document standards
  • Manage project to ensure the deliverables to customer
  • Review robot design, coding & verify expected output
  • Provide support and change request services to Robot users as per agreed service levels
  • To treat customers’ information and material as private & confidential and shall not at any time during or after the services, for any reason whatsoever disclose or permit to disclose to any person, or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of any information and material relating to the customers’ technology, technical process, business affairs or finances.
  • Provide regular project progress update to stakeholders (SOD, weekly update, adhoc etc)

Requirements:

  • Experience in UiPath project will have added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications, such as UiPath Advanced RPA Developer will have added advantage
