  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • For Junior:- At least 1 year experience in conveyancing
  • For Senior:- At least 4 years & above experiences in subsale and loan documentations
  • Able to draft the sale and purchase agreement for the purchaser and/or the vendor
  • Able to prepare, attend and monitor sale and purchase agreement files and/or the loan files from commencement until the closing of file with minimum supervision
  • Have good working attitude, willing to learn, willing share knowledges and take on all tasks assigned
  • Able to complete any task/file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Must be customer oriented and able to give best service to all clients
  • Able to liaise and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients, bank officers and property agents
  • Have good computer and typing skills (tech- savvy person)
  • Must be responsible and accountable to all work done
