HR - Korean Speaker (Open to Fresh Graduates)

This role is responsible to support the HR operations and facilitate effective communication for Korea market. Hence it is required to speak, read and write in Korean.

Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for HR - Korean Speaking to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.

Description

• Resolve routine requests through the global case management portal, ensuring high employee satisfaction and escalating issues as necessary.
• Provide comprehensive administration support for the Employee Life Cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and contract management, while processing local documentation
• Manage and maintain accurate data in system, conduct periodic audits, generate standard and ad hoc reports, and ensure payroll inputs are up to date.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Korean and English, written and spoken, is essential; fresh graduates who can speak, read, and write in Korean are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Workday is a plus.
