  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Purpose Ensure that the QMS & EMS compliance with the ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001 & to ensure that company is developing, implementing and improving company policy, procedure and effectiveness of the QMS to enhance Customer Satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
  • Help to manage & maintein the QMS & EMS, E.g. ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, include annual recertification, surveillance audit.
  • To plan, coordinate and manage of the Annual Internal Audit & External Audit Activities.
  • To support the GM to arrange the Management Review Meeting and prepare the Management Review Report.
  • Review and report on periodical basic the status of in-house audit, self audit, manufacturing system audit to QA Manager and escalate all open / unsolved issue to QMR / Top management.
  • To perform the root cause analysis of any Non-Comformity from the Certification Body(CB)
  • To develop of the Corrective Action & Preventive Action of the Non-Comformity from the External Audit by Certification Body (CB).
  • Review CSR Automotive Products with project dept and summarize the key clauses.
  • To monitor & schedule of the Legal Compliance activities & any new Law & regulations apply to the company.
  • To oversee the Documents Control Centre (DCC).
  • To oversee the evaluation of the Vendor and Supplier Quality Levels thought the annual audit with Supplier Quality Engineer.
  • Direct the maintenance and keep up of all the ISO related documents, records and revised approved quality plan and procedure to meet the change requirement.
  • To liaise with the External Consultant, Instrument & Calibration Service Vendor & etc…
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies
  • Experience in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & any others International Standard
  • Basic knowledge on Plastic Injection Molding Process & Secondary Process
  • Knowledge on 8D principles and application
  • Knowledge on Ishikawa Diagram and 3 x 5 Whys
  • Knowledge on process capability studies (cpk, ppk)
  • Understanding well quality control core tools, E.g. : APQP,PPQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA & Etc…
  • Computer Literacy – Basic Computer knowledge (including MS Office Applications such as MS Words, MS Excel)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance (QMS)(5 years for education lower than Diploma)
  • Language Proficiency : English – able to read and write
  • To lead the internal audit team perform system & line audits
  • Able to communicate with customer.
  • Familiar with SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and Work Instruction
  • Able to monitor and analyze data for improvement and / or to prevent potential non-conformities
