Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hatten Hotel Melaka. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, managing hiring processes, overseeing communication within the team, and handling food & beverage operations.
  • Responsibility of the practical supervision of his/her outlet/s and all related administration duties.
  • Participate in all activities of planning, directing, controlling and coordinating of activities for her/his outlet/s. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager; takes full responsibility of the assigned operation. Conducts training and supervises department training, supports improvement of revenues while cost is held to a minimum. Secures the high service standard in her/his outlet/s at all times and works constantly on their improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hiring processes and effective communication
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
