- To ensure quality of information for corporate reporting: accuracy, completeness, reliability, relevance, and timeliness.
- To assist on establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic goals.
- To monitor on an ad-hoc basis and gather information from other departments requested by stakeholders, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
