  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

Facilitate environmental scanning by collating and analyzing market data for management discussions. Serve as the custodian of centralized data, ensuring its compilation and maintenance to support effective decision-making processes.

Main Accountabilities

  • Facilitate environmental scanning and provide strategic support by analyzing market data for management discussions and formulation of responses to safeguard the group's interests.
  • Support the periodic issuance of comprehensive market and benchmarking reports, offering insights for group-wide reference and strategic planning.
  • Assist in developing key assumptions for the annual budget aligned with Company' CSP and Strategic Finance inputs.
  • Compile and maintain an updated centralized database encompassing macroeconomic indicators, property market data across all sectors, MREIT performance metrics, main board property counters' comparative data, and company asset performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operational and financial data owners to ensure the centralized database remains current.
  • Support internal and external market studies within the group by preparing scopes of work, technical and commercial specifications, and coordinating with Group procurement under expert guidance.

    • Requirements

    • Background in the property industry, focusing on property investment, development, or property consulting.
    • Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in real estate, Valuation, or Economics.
    • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in property consulting, research, or property investment.
