Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day export operations activities, overseeing shipping documentation and workflow to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare Bills of Lading (BL), Billing (Invoice), Shipping instructions (SI) and other relevant documentation as needed for the smooth execution of export activities.
  • Arrange daily Bookings with carriers and co-loaders, ensuring rates validity and providing clear delivery instructions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and closing of jobs according to schedule, maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Manage pre-alerts and approvals, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are provided accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor and manage US-AMS Ocean manifest and FMC filing via the Tradetech Platform to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with overseas agents, carriers, co-loaders and vendors to coordinate shipment scheduling, ensuring efficient transportation and delivery of goods in line with customer expectations, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the process.
  • Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays promptly, communicating with relevant party to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including documentation, communication logs, and shipment details, to facilitate compliance and audit requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of incoterms, carrier requirements, and shipping processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
