  • Monitor and follow up on import / export shipments /local delivery with supplier/mill/transporter to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipment/cargo.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of commercial and shipping documentations (Packing List, Delivery Order, Invoice, certificate of origin, bill of lading etc) for import and export shipment and oversea indent business.
  • Liaise and deal with freight forwarders, transporter, customs etc to achieve efficient delivery process.
  • To release material to forwarding agent by issuing the Factory Delivery Order.
  • To liaise with other department such as Store, Production Planner, Purchaser pertaining to the delivery date of the raw material.
  • Prepare label for store personnel to stick the label on the incoming materials.
  • To prepare Company’s mill certificate for incoming materials by referring to material original mill certificate.
  • Goods delivery arrangement i.e. to liaise with lorry driver / transporter in arranging delivery schedule.
  • To prepare/update shipping related reports.
  • To perform documents filling.
  • To take up any job function or duties as assigned by management from time to time.
  • Minimum diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or shipping preferred
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic inventory software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands
