E-Commerce Operation Senior Executive

Job Responsibilites:

• Driving the sales performance of the ecommerce platform.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and improve operational workflows, from order processing to inventory management and shipping.
• Lead a team of executives to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer service.
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure promotional activities and product listings are up to date.
• Liaise with external partners (e.g., logistics, suppliers) to resolve operational issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience, including returns, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
• Oversee the resolution of operational challenges, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the company’s e-commerce strategy.
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs and overall performance to senior management.
• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis or any other related fields
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to owned, paid and earned media.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English.
