Job Responsibilites:
- Driving the sales performance of the ecommerce platform.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows, from order processing to inventory management and shipping.
- Lead a team of executives to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer service.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure promotional activities and product listings are up to date.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., logistics, suppliers) to resolve operational issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience, including returns, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
- Oversee the resolution of operational challenges, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the company’s e-commerce strategy.
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs and overall performance to senior management.
- Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis or any other related fields
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to owned, paid and earned media.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English.
