Job Description:
Join our client's dynamic team and make a difference in our customers' lives! As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be vital in providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- To assist with the retention of sellers using our client's platform
- Attending to unmanaged sellers that is currently on our Client's platform to ensure retention of customers.
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Has prior experience in telemarketing is an advantage
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has worked as a customer service or customer retention officer in a call-centre
- IT Savvy and is able to use CRM system effectively
- Able to communicate both verbally and write proficiently in English
- Only Malaysian
