Job Description:

Join our client's dynamic team and make a difference in our customers' lives! As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be vital in providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist with the retention of sellers using our client's platform
  • Attending to unmanaged sellers that is currently on our Client's platform to ensure retention of customers.
  • Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Has prior experience in telemarketing is an advantage
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has worked as a customer service or customer retention officer in a call-centre
  • IT Savvy and is able to use CRM system effectively
  • Able to communicate both verbally and write proficiently in English
  • Only Malaysian
