Client & Sales Administration (Administration & Office Support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between clients, the sales team, and suppliers. Manage and co-ordinate customers’ order processing, shipping/delivery schedule and logistics arrangement to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with cross functional groups internally to ensure all customer requirements are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client databases and project status. Generate regular sales reports, jeep proper filing records and analyse data to support decision-making.
  • To ensure timely collection.
  • Maintaining good relationship with customers.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Minimum diploma but preference for a degree holder in related field of study from a reputable institution.

At least 1 year of working experience in similar environment. Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Experience in handling sales and marketing functions/customer service is an added advantage.

Possess good working ethics, strong leadership, interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, result oriented and able to work under pressure.

Strong language competencies in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin & other Chinese dialects added advantage).

Computer literate in MS 365 & possess own transport.
