  • Responsible for overall Human Resource management and payroll functions of the Group of companies.
  • Hiring and recruitment – vacancy placement, pre-screening of candidates, job interview and staff engagement.
  • Creating job description and design.
  • Onboarding and training – preparing new hire for integration into the company atmosphere and workflow.
  • Staff disciplinary issues – assisting Management /HOD in resolving staff disciplinary issue.
  • Formulating company policies based on instruction from Management.
  • Performance management – to ensure staff members are performing and contributing value that commensurates with their compensation.
  • Conflict resolution - attending to staff disputes/labour suits as and when arises (i.e. domestic inquiry/liaison with labour office on complaints filed by employees.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll and all other related payroll functions e.g. EPF, Socso, PCB, HRDF.
  • Attending to foreign workers recruitment and renewal matters.
