  • Prepare quotes and process bookings promptly and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to obtain competitive quotations.
  • Upon quotation confirmation, coordinate with the operations team to finalize bookings and ensure all travel arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information and booking details.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients post-booking to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
  • Issue invoices and ensure payment collection before incurring any costs or commencing tours.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
  • At least graduate from Secondary school or holding hospitality and tourism diploma

  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Able to speak and writing fluent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer programs and tools, such as Microsoft Office
