Internship Customer Service

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and supporting our sales efforts through effective coordination and communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be adept at multitasking.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate sales activities, including marketing, order processing, quotations, and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as ensuring all related data are updated regularly.
• Collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing, HR and finance to ensure seamless customer experience and order fulfillment.
• Assist in the organization of sales meetings, conferences, and events related.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
• Attend to customer enquiries various platforms such as social media, email, text messages or other related media.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer inquiries.
• Perform other tasks like HR related tasks and other related admin tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Require internship for diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, communications)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
• Willingness to travel (<20% of the job requirement)

Pay: RM500.00 per month
