Job Description

  • Provide efficient day to day secretarial and administrative support to Group Managing Director. Handle all secretarial duties including making appointments, travel and accommodation arrangement e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, arrange and co-ordinate business schedule/events and social functions. Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments, prepare minutes of meeting.
  • General office administration and maintenance to Group Managing Director’s office.
  • To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and guests at all time.
  • To be able to handle multitasking job and handle pressure at work. To work independently with minimum supervision.
  • To undertake special assignment and ad hoc duties as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or minimum Diploma in Secretarial Practice.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Senior Secretary with minimum 2 years as Personal Assistant to CEO or Director.
  • Good time management, driven to get job done & proactive in identifying & highlighting urgent issues.
  • Matured, motivated and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
