PROJECT: DAIKIN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide first level support to all phone / email enquiries whilst meeting service level and turnaround standards
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify enquiries / complaints and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
-Coordinate with internal departments and escalate the unresolved issues to the second level support team and ensure all
cases are followed through to closure.
-Engage and going the extra mile to satisfy customers’ needs to build customer loyalty.
-Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible manner for use of analysis and reporting.
- Salary Package: Basic up to RM 2500+ 200 Allowance
- Operation Days/Hours : 5 days, 2 days off (Between Mon to Sat)
- Sunday fixed off days
- 8am -5pm, 9am -6pm, 11 am- 8pm (3 rotational shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
