Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and certified HRDF trainer to deliver Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) training. This role is essential for equipping participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the JLPT exams. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct JLPT training sessions three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and curricula tailored to various proficiency levels.
  • Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Create an interactive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest JLPT guidelines and materials to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall training program.

Qualifications:

  • Certified HRDF trainer with relevant credentials.
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language and a strong understanding of the JLPT framework.
  • Previous experience in teaching or training, particularly in language instruction, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Contract Duration:

This position is offered for a period of up to 18 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
