Preferable experience with SQL System.
- Process daily flow of purchase order received from our customers via fax, email, message and phone call.
- Correctly entered on the appropriate form of the production staff to prepare the orders. Coordinate closely with Production Department to ensure a smooth execution of customer’s orders.
- Prepare daily invoice and DO
- Check stock availability when order received
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Transport arrangement and planning delivery schedule.
- Liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipment advice and permit, follow up on booking of vessel for export delivery.
- Oversee and handle walk in sales enquiry.
- Coordinate between drivers, customers & sales person.
- Read and forward emails to related personnel.
- Handle customer enquiries by providing correct information.
- Process online order - provide proper customer service (order to be paid / deliver / cancel) Goods return (Handling)
- To liaise and follow up with sales team, support sales team on providing correct product information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
