Preferable experience with SQL System.

  • Process daily flow of purchase order received from our customers via fax, email, message and phone call.
  • Correctly entered on the appropriate form of the production staff to prepare the orders. Coordinate closely with Production Department to ensure a smooth execution of customer’s orders.
  • Prepare daily invoice and DO
  • Check stock availability when order received
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Transport arrangement and planning delivery schedule.
  • Liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare shipment advice and permit, follow up on booking of vessel for export delivery.
  • Oversee and handle walk in sales enquiry.
  • Coordinate between drivers, customers & sales person.
  • Read and forward emails to related personnel.
  • Handle customer enquiries by providing correct information.
  • Process online order - provide proper customer service (order to be paid / deliver / cancel) Goods return (Handling)
  • To liaise and follow up with sales team, support sales team on providing correct product information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
