Job Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Having 1 year of working experience in developing total rewards or compensation will be plus point.
  • Open to fresh graduates who willing to explore total rewards.
  • Has strong analytical and quantitative skills (i.e PowerBI, Excel, Powerpoint etc) will be plus point.
  • Expose or having knowledge in dynamic tools for data processing, data integration and data modelling/presentation.
  • A problem solver, consultative and critical thinker.
  • Able to work independently with good time management coupled with interpersonal and communication skills to effectively operate with the broader team.
  • Comfortable with numbers and able to write effective business correspondence in English.

  • Develop deep industry and technical expertise of an equity and incentive practitioner.
  • Act as a solutions specialist in assisting the client service team in the preparation of service/deliverables.
  • Design and develop effective incentive plan supported by modern employment benefits to meet the client need of their global talent and diverse workforce.
  • Implement, operate & communicate employee incentives programs that support key business objectives.
  • Provide legal advisory, accounting, valuations and total rewards strategy/framework and executive compensation advisory for clients.
