- Act as translator for meetings or calls with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
- Translate documents and emails between Korean and English
- Handle inquiries from Korean-speaking stakeholders and personnel and Malaysian based personnel via phone, email and chat.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and problem resolution.
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining client documentation
- Support sales and technical teams with paperwork and data entry if required
- Maintain and update client databases.
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean (spoken and understanding) and English (spoken & written)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or admin roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must willing to travel
