  • Act as translator for meetings or calls with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
  • Translate documents and emails between Korean and English
  • Handle inquiries from Korean-speaking stakeholders and personnel and Malaysian based personnel via phone, email and chat.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and problem resolution.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining client documentation
  • Support sales and technical teams with paperwork and data entry if required
  • Maintain and update client databases.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean (spoken and understanding) and English (spoken & written)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or admin roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must willing to travel

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
