Salary: RM8000-RM9000
KPI: RM400
Attendance: RM150
Working Days: 5 Days, 2 days off
Working Location: Kelana Jaya, Near by Lrt Station
Job Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in the Korean
language.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
Handle requests for refunds, exchanges, and order tracking.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Native-level proficiency in Korean (spoken and written).
Good command of English for communication within the company.
Prior experience in customer service, help desk, or a similar role is preferred.
