Job Description

  • Coordinate accounting tasks involved in maintaining various accounting and financial records and extensively monitoring and processing related data.
  • Maintain interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures of different countries; prepare reports; correspondence and answer inquiries internally and externally regarding finance and accounting information.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of finance daily transactions and operations in Record to Report, Booking to Cash, Procure to pay, and Data Management in end-to-end finance processes in Accounting.
  • Liaise extensively with colleagues as well as financial institutions domestically and abroad across various countries.
  • Performed analytical reviews of financial and non-financial data for Balance Sheet and P/L preparation.
  • Timely preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits with internal and external auditors.
  • To liaise with related parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc.
  • Work on improvement projects to enhance end-to-end finance processes.
  • Preparation of tax reports Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with professional qualifications.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience.
  • Experience with Oracle is preferred.
  • Experience in a shared service center will be an added advantage.
